Moths - The Common Grass-veneer

First seen on Tuesday 10th August 2021 at Cragside

These grass moths are all tiny moths you see flying in meadows which land and completely disappear. The Common Grass-veneer (Agriphila tristella) is very similar to the Pale-streak Grass-veneer moth. It has a pale streak, like the Pale-streak Grass-veneer, but this one branches out into 'fingers' towards the wingtip.
