Flies - The Blue Bottle

First seen on Monday 3rd April 2017 at Croome

Another common fly, although this one was a particularly large one. It has very shiny blue colouring, but this doesn't make it any more attractive, as blue bottles have such a bad reputation (probably justified). Laurel leaves in the shrubbery and around the lake seem to attract flies.
