Fish - The Bream

First seen on Monday 11th June 2018 at Croome

The Bream is a silvery featureless fish, so these could be something else (eg. chub, dace?). The one below contrasts with the more colourful orange-finned Roach. Bream grow up to quite large (over a foot), but it is difficult compare with other fish, as they may all be different ages. Of course with all the predators at Croome (Otters, Herons, Cormorants etc) is may be difficult for any of the fish to get very large!
