Moths - The Brimstone Moth

First seen on Monday 10th September 2018 at Croome

The Brimstone Moth is actually not too different from the Brimstone Butterfly. It has the same sulphurous yellow colour and brown marks. However, unlike the butterfly, this moth tends to make a bee-line for the underside of a leaf where you can't see it. This one went for very small leaves, so it wasn't too well hidden. They can be found just about anywhere, this one was along the entrance walkway, before you get to the church.
