Beetles - The Galerucella Sagittarius

First seen on Tuesday 15th May 2018 at Croome

This little beetle is only a few millimetres long, and quite mobile. I saw several on the riverbank, hopping and flying from leaf to leaf, often walking on the water. It seems to match Galerucella Sagittariae but with most insect ID, this is a bit of a guess. This particular beetle is a leaf beetle and feeds on Water Dock.
