Moths - The Small China-mark

First seen on Thursday 9th August 2018 at Croome

This moth is classed has a micro moth, and has a wingspan of around 2cm. They have a very distinctive row of dots on the hindwing. They tend to live around still or slow moving water (so Croome is perfect). They actually depend on the water, as the larvae feed on duckweed. I found several of these around the main lake, resting on the reeds.
