Butterflies - The Small White

First seen on Thursday 11th May 2017 at Croome

The Small White butterfly is similar to the Large White, but smaller (as the name suggests) and has fewer black markings. It is also very similar to the green-veined white, but lacks the black markings around the veins on the under-wing. Males have a single spot, females have two.
