Warblers, Crests and Flycatchers - The Whitethroat

Like Chiffchaffs and many other songbirds, Whitethroats sit in the top of small trees and sing in the spring. Their name is another name that describes their features very well, in that they do have a very white throat. Some of the best places to see these birds are the circular enclosures of small trees dotted around the meadows.
