The Baird's Sandpiper is a rare sandpiper not usually found in the UK. It breeds in N America or NE Siberia. It's smaller than a Dunlin, and needs an expert eye to identify it. This one was visiting the Wildlife Trust reserve at Upton Warren in Worcestershire.
