Gulls - The Bonaparte’s Gull

First seen on Tuesday 8th November 2022 at the North-east Coast

The Bonaparte's Gull is a rare visitor, mostly seen in the autumn. It looks like a small black-headed gull, but has a black bill (plus a few more subtle differences!). This one was a Stag Rocks near Bamburgh.
