First seen on Saturday 5th August 2017 at Croome

Leafhoppers are a large family of jumping bugs, similar to the froghoppers. Often classed as pests, as its saliva is toxic to plants and destroys chlorophyll. Leafhoppers are generally quite small, less than a centimetre in length. Yellow and Black Leafhoppers are found in grasslands and scrub.
