Tits, Nuthatches and Tree Creepers - The Blue Tit

First seen on Friday 25th March 2022 at Holy Island

Blue Tits are one of the UK's most colourful birds, but normally just taken for granted. They can normally found on back-garden feeders, but they are quite at home in the trees and hedgerow along the coast. However, on Holy Island I rarely see Blue Tits, and this one was my first, after 20 visits. It was in a tree in the village, but the village seems to be dominated by House Sparrows.
