Moths - The Common Marble Moth

First seen on Sunday 11th July 2021 at Druridge Pools

The Common Marble Moth (Celypha Lacunana) is a very common moth, found in woodland fringes, verges and hedges. It has a 16-18mm wingspan, and is presumably named after its marbled appearance, but an awful lot of moths look just like this.
