Moths - The Common Wave Moth

First seen on Sunday 11th July 2021 at Druridge Bay

The Common Wave Moth would normally have more visible pale brown "waves" going across its wings, but this one seems a particularly pale one. They are quite large (30-35mm wingspan) and feed during the day. They like damp woodland and marshy areas.
