Moths - The Nettle-tap Moth

First seen on Tuesday 21st September 2021 at Wallington

Many moths have meaningful names, and Nettle-tap larvae do indeed feed on nettles. They are quite tiny, with a wingspan of around 1cm, but when folded like this they are quite difficult to spot, and look more like a fly when in flight.
